Been here?
This is a campsite near the town centre, with pitches on gravel or grass and shops and restaurants within walking distance. Recent visitors found the sanitary facilities clean, while showers and laundry cost extra; washing costs 80N and drying costs 100N. A recent stay with electricity and services cost 450N. The site can be very noisy, especially near the supermarket and among some pitches.

We spent one night with our motorhome in a very quiet and pleasant place. We had access to the kitchen and small dining room, which made it pleasant to cook and eat there. Pitch, electricity, and services: 450 NOK. Washing machine: 80 NOK; dryer: 100 NOK. There is a laundry next door where we hung our clothes to dry overnight because it was very hot. Pleasant lady at reception.
There is no question of this being an “upmarket campsite.” Very noisy! The site is in the middle of town, behind a supermarket in the second row. I strongly warn against being assigned pitches 44 and 45. They are leftover spaces between permanent campers. Horrible. The shower is also the toilet. The Norwegians want to keep to themselves here.
We ended up here because all of the sites along Faleidfjorden with beautiful views of the fjord were full. It is an ok site, with clean facilities and a 9-hole mini golf course. We only stayed for one night.
The price is now NOK 400. Shower costs extra. Close to the centre, but not worth the price.
Excellent campsite. We stayed on the gravel area. The pitches are separated. There are also grass pitches. Very clean sanitary facilities. If we are in the area, we will gladly return. We were also here three years ago.
We were here only to shower: 25 NOK per person for five minutes, clean but not very modern. Water pressure was good. The washrooms are currently being renovated and therefore unusable. The site makes a tidy impression, at NOK 400 per night.
Great location. The operator is nice. Showers cost extra but were clean. Gladly return.
Very kind person who was available to show me where to fill fresh water and empty the gray and black water for 50 NOK.
Only showered while passing through. It cost 20 NOK per person, and coins had to be purchased at reception. The showers were well maintained. We were also allowed to wash dishes and top up a little fresh water. The site made a nice impression.
Top campsite! Friendly welcome from a girl who speaks excellent English. You can simply pay for the shower tokens together with the pitch fee by bank card. Everything is available to empty and fill your camper. Sanitary facilities are very clean. You can walk straight into the village centre. Napoli pizzeria is three minutes away on foot. We got the best pizza ever there—highly recommended!
We stayed one night at the campsite beforehand. The sanitary facilities were clean and tidy. Showers and washing machine cost extra. Friendly reception and well-maintained site. There are several restaurants and shopping options within walking distance, including camping supplies. The pizzeria really has excellent pizzas!
Nice campsite with all needed facilities, restaurants and shops on walking distance. Paid 400nok without electricity.
Small campsite in the centre of the village, in a residential area, close to services and restaurants. I confirm 400 NOK for one night. We could not use the electricity because we did not have an adapter for a Schuko socket. We arrived after reception had closed and called; they told us to take the pitch we wanted and gave us all the instructions. We did not use the showers, so we cannot comment. Friendly staff!
It is not cheap (NOK 400 /day, but you are right in the centre of of a town whith good facilities ( e.g. Eating out and finally having something else than burgers or pizza). The extra NOK 15 for a shower is a bit over the top.
Very friendly staff. NOK 400 for one night seems excessive to me. Hot shower NOK 15, payable by credit card. Good facilities. Very close to the village centre.
Stayed one night—everything fine.
