This free car park at Roc des Hourtous has restrooms and exceptional canyon views. The approach roads and corners are narrow, and the original description advises against vehicles longer than 6-7m, although a 7.5m vehicle was reported as manageable. It is mainly for daytime parking; overnight use requires asking the restaurant owner, especially when it is closed after 19h00. A short family walk starts at the entrance.

I arrived in a five-meter van after 7 p.m. in late October, when they were closed. I asked the restaurant owner for permission; he was very kind and allowed me to stay. It is quiet in this season. Ask if you come; the view from the lookout is unbeatable. Thank you for the welcome. Beautiful place in the middle of nature—please preserve it!
No problem with a 7.5-meter vehicle. A short hike starts at the entrance to the parking area. It takes about 1 hour 10 minutes with children.
