This is a large grassy motorhome pitch beside a playground, small bathing lake, grill area and football field. It is very quiet and secluded, with a good setting for walking and cycling. The access is somewhat hidden but easy to drive, and no supply facilities are available.

After a hike through the sunny Misselhorn Heath, we happened to find this idyllic campsite. The access road is somewhat hidden but easy to drive on. We did not try the small swimming lake. We thank you for the opportunity to spend the night here.
Large meadow next to a playground, signposted as a campsite. Very quiet, almost too remote.
Many thanks to the municipality for providing this site. Everything is as already described: beautiful surroundings and a good starting point for cycling tours in the Südheide. Be sure to visit the tourist information office in Hermannsburg; they offer excellent advice and information material. Many thanks to the friendly staff!
First of all, THANK YOU to the municipality for providing this campsite. A large lawn where about four motorhomes can fit, with a small swimming lake, playground, barbecue area, and soccer field. We spent two very quiet nights here all by ourselves. We would gladly return.

Idyllic small site without services. Small lake, also suitable for swimming, playground, and soccer field. Cycle paths lead to Hermannsburg, with restaurants and supermarkets. The Südheide Nature Park region is wonderfully beautiful for cycling and hiking; Hermannsburg and Müden (Örtze) are lovely heathland villages. At the forest pool in Hermannsburg there are service and disposal facilities. Simply fantastic!
A wonderfully beautiful campsite, with a body of water next to it and a sweet little playground for the kids. Unfortunately, only three stars because the sun brought out unpleasant smells, which became increasingly worse toward evening. We think some people are emptying their chemical toilets there. A shame, really, for this site.
Beautiful site for self-sufficient motorhomes.
Beautiful site with an official motorhome sign. However, it is on grass, so it can be muddy depending on the weather. Small swimming lake, playground, barbecue area, and soccer field. The road did not bother us because it has little traffic, and we were not bothered by the nearby wind turbine either. The site is perfectly fine!
