Antica Via Julia Augusta, 17024, Finale Ligure
Been here?
This wild spot offers extraordinary views and can provide a calm night in natural surroundings, but the large grassy area has been closed and only one space remains beside the road. Access is extremely steep, narrow and winding, with branches and difficult turning, so it is unsuitable for larger motorhomes. The ground is uneven, although smaller vans can manage carefully. Climbers and morning walkers may arrive, and visitors are asked to take their rubbish with them.

The space next to the road shown in the picture does not exist. We stayed for one night and were parked by the road. And please, just take your rubbish with you!
Unsuitable for L2H2 vans. We did not spend the night here.
Excellent place to sleep. Many climbers park here, with the climbing crag 15 minutes away. Take your rubbish with you!
Great view! No problems getting there with a Mercedes Vito. It is a narrower road, but easily drivable.
Quite nice for sleeping, but the access is extremely steep. I only managed it in first gear, and unfortunately the car scraped underneath once. Hopefully nothing serious.
Attention: the large grassy area shown in the photo has been closed. Only one space remains in front of it. Otherwise, the night was very quiet, with only a few hikers and mountain bikers in the morning around 8 a.m.
Extraordinary view. Be careful, difficult road, but absolute peace and quiet.
Good place to spend one night. The road is not easy, but it is no problem with a T4. The ground is not very level, except for a few small areas.
Good place to spend one night; easy to reach with an average-sized car.
Superb spot in the countryside. Quiet night. The road to get there is difficult and narrow, with hairpin bends. We managed to climb with an L2H2 Sprinter by taking our time. Not suitable for motorhomes, though.
We spent the night, parking one van behind another. Space for about seven cars or vans. I recommend it!
Wonderful view. The access is somewhat adventurous but manageable with small vehicles. It is peaceful at night, but from around 9 a.m. several cars head to the hotel.
The place is beautiful and quiet. Several spaces by the road for vans or small vans, but too small for motorhomes. The road up is likewise impractical for very long vehicles. Shaded spot with a view of the cliff, hiking trailhead and climbing site. Agritourism restaurant at the end of the road.
Difficult road but a very beautiful place for a van.
