Wonderful place on edge of city centre: 10 mins walk to lovely bars/restaurants along the river. We arrived 6pm on Saturday: it was full but waited 30 mins and spaces freed up. Shaded by trees and it’s free of charge at weekends. Public toilet nearby, but one of the most disgusting ever seen! A bit of noise with young people coming and going through the night but nothing threatening.
Very convenient for visiting the city. 15 minutes’ walk from the cathedral. Next to a pleasant park for a morning jog. Bakery 300 m away. Waste sorting, otherwise no services.Translating
Very quiet at night, not suitable for wide motorhomes, good for one night.Translating
A few details: this parking lot is little used during the day, but you cannot stay all day unless you pay a hefty €17. In the evening, local residents park here, so let’s not take up too much space but be discreet: one or two vans per night.Translating
