A large, free parking area beside the harbour, convenient for resting overnight before or after the ferry to Puttgarden. It is shared with trucks and can be noisy from ferry movements and harbour activity, although some nights are calm. A garbage bin is available, but there are no other services at the parking area. Toilets at the ferry are about 200m away.

We arrived late by ferry, so it was perfect to stop here for one night. Large parking area with plenty of space! The whole family slept well.
We had a short rest in this place before taking the ferry to Germany, it was fine for us and three other motorhomes were already there, so we felt very safe. As it is right next to the harbor it wasn't very quiet but it was free of charge, and a garbage bin was also available but that was the only service.
Parking shared with trucks; a quiet night, with slight noise from loading and unloading. Spacious parking area, ideal for an early departure.
We used the site overnight until the next morning's ferry. Apart from a few trucks, nothing was happening. There is a toilet about 200 metres away on foot at the ferry terminal (to the left by the railway tracks, for cyclists and others) that can be used.
Park and sleep before or after your ferry trip. No facilities, but that is fine.

Really relaxed place to spend the night if you want to catch an early ferry. Plenty of space.
