Quiet picnic area, extensive litter

Given how difficult it is to find an isolated, quiet place in nature on the coast, this place is perfect. You just have to overlook the amount of litter scattered across the ground.✦Translating

The site itself is great, shaded by pines, set back from the road and under the watchful protection of the Madonna—but what a lot of litter! It is everywhere in the picnic area, which is truly sad. We always do our best to clean up spots as soon as we arrive, but this is despairing. What a shame, because the stop is really worthwhile.✦Translating

Not just a picnic spot, but also a really good place to spend the night. Up a small gravel road, there is a good parking area hidden from the road. When we were there, local youths arrived and rode motorcycles off-road. They stayed for about an hour. They seemed friendly.✦Translating

We were looking for a secluded place to avoid the fireworks on December 31 for our dog, and this was perfect. Far from towns, safe, and very quiet. We stayed for two days and nobody came.✦Translating
