A quiet daytime parking area beside a tennis club and Kneipp park, with mountain views, picnic facilities, pools and nearby vineyards and apple orchards. Access is limited by a 2.3 m height barrier, and the place is not suitable for large campers. A current sign states that camping is not allowed.

There is now a sign saying “Camping not allowed.”
We arrived at night and spent one night there. The parking area was very quiet and clean.
Quiet place.
Quiet place, with shade and a swimming area next to a river. Have a great trip.
We stayed there overnight last year without any problems. Below is a Kneipp pool with a picnic bench. Unfortunately, the road is somewhat busy. We walked into the village from there and had dinner there in the evening.
Warning: the police check and penalize people who spend the night there!
Height restriction activated.
We wanted to go there, but beware: the 2.30 m barrier is operational again. What a shame!
Very pleasant place for an overnight stay. There is a Kneipp park by the parking area where you can relax and have a picnic. From the parking area you can walk to the charming town of Margreid and enjoy a glass of local wine.
