Πρασίων, 223 00, Leonidio
Been here?
Large parking lot just outside Leonidio, close to restaurants and suitable for large motorhomes, with only a few flat spots and a nice view. It is useful for visiting the village. Overnight parking is no longer tolerated, and the church-owned car park has new no-camping signs.

I live in Leonidio and used to park my motor home here (recommended by the municipality) as I cannot park it at our house . Recently, notices were put on vans, signed by municipality but were actually were done by the church, who owns the parking lot. Most of Leonidio appreciates alternative tourism, but always a few sour grapes and small village politics sadly! Overnight no longer tolerated.
Overnight stays are not permitted, parking only.Translating
Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience. We were alone. At around 1:30 a.m., a motorcyclist kept his engine and lights on near the motorhome for more than an hour. We had to move to a car park in the town center. We did not feel safe.Translating
Certainly a good place for Leonidio, but nothing remotely comparable to the excellent tavern in the mountains. Twenty-five minutes' drive from Leonidio, you will find Glistras Tavern. You can park there for free if you eat or drink at the tavern. Highly recommended and much quieter. You can also find it on Park4night.Translating
Parked here to visit the village. Very close to the center. Excellent.Translating
We were there in June; it was very quiet. The red mountain walls make a splendid backdrop. The flatter area is opposite the entrance to the car park. The center is very close and very pleasant.Translating
Large space, quiet, two steps from the beach. It could do.Translating
Perfect for visiting the town, although the town itself did not have much to offer.Translating
Good car park for visiting Leonidio.Translating
Good car park, also suitable for a larger motorhome (7.4 m), and within walking distance of the center.Translating

Really nice parking for a night or two. On the weekends it gets crowded at night because there are restaurants nearby and the parking is directly next to the street which can also be a bit loud... BUT there is the sweetest little cat "Zeus" (a gray one) living, so if you have a heart for animals bring some cat food, he will thank you by snuggling up to you :)
