This spacious car park at the Norsk Aviation Museum allows 4 hours of free parking when visiting the museum and registering the vehicle's number plate there. The earlier ticket-machine procedure does not work as described, and a ticket is not issued that way. Paid parking is available otherwise.

It does not work that way. We parked somewhere else, more towards the center, and paid €5 for two hours. We did try as indicated, but you have to enter your license plate and you do not receive a ticket. Otherwise, a fine parking area with plenty of space, but if you have to pay anyway, we would rather park closer to the center.Translating
Good for exploring Bodø. As described, a maximum of 3 hours free; press the green button on the machine to get a ticket for the windscreen. Quiet location, 20 minutes to the center and good capacity.Translating
