Cow Lane, PE29 2EJ, Godmanchester
Been here?
A quiet end-of-road parking area beside ponds, streams and conservation land, with attractive walks for dogs, cyclists and walkers. Conditions vary: it can be very busy during the day, with low tree branches and narrow access unsuitable for high-top vans. Overnight stays have sometimes been peaceful, but there has also been a serious disturbance at night. Parking space may be unavailable.

very busy with cars very low tree branches. no where available there for my high top sprinter. I turned around and went somewhere else
I was there for the night and it was a great night It was very clean and there was a bin so take your finish back very quiet
Parked up here last night, at 1am had a creepy af guy tapping on the side of the van looking for "fun" I quickly packed up and left. BEWARE, DOGGERS
Fantastic place if you come with dogs. It is an impressive conservation area. We had never seen such a high density of birds in a lagoon. Many visitors come to exercise and walk their animals. This meant the night was not completely peaceful, as cars continued arriving until midnight and started coming again at four.Translating
Meh, a car park at the end of the road with quite a few people passing by. Only recommended if you eat inside your van.Translating
We arrived at night and drove along the long, dark road. At the very end there are two spaces, which were already occupied. We parked a few metres further forward. It was very quiet at night. You should park as far to the side as possible so that other cars still have room, because many dog owners start arriving in the morning.Translating
Quiet but very narrow, with low-hanging trees that will scrape your windscreen, let alone your solar panels (L2 H3). But good signal.Translating
Stayed for the day and had some lovely walks in tall wildflowers along ponds and little streams. Very well visited by local bikers, hikers and dog walkers. This, and little protection from the forecast rain led us to find a different place to camp for the night, otherwise great spot for a day trip also with kids and dogs (beware of wild birds and bunnies)
Few spaces available during the day. Lots of people come to walk their dogs. We spent a peaceful night here.Translating
Great place for a dog walk and lots of parking space for big vans / motorhomes. staying the night!
Nice quiet stopover. No one else around from 1830 to 0700. Ground not great but good enough. Good internet signal
Very low trees. I was in a 6-metre Citroën Relay Enterprise, H2 L3. The spot wasn’t suitable, so I moved on.Translating
This is a great place, far from everything. It’s very quiet at night, and during the day many people walk their dogs! You can walk around the lake along the path. It was wonderful.Translating
