This tree-covered picnic area near exit 30 of the A75 is currently prohibited until 31/08/26 under communal order nº 2026-33 because of fire risks. It has picnic tables, a bin and a fitness trail 50 metres away. The site is generally flat and quiet, although a lightly used road is nearby.

Very good, close to exit 30 of the A75, with a picnic area under the trees, tables, and a bin.
Beautiful place in nature! We stayed at the edge of the forest, closer to the road so we could enjoy the sun. Very quiet at night and even in the morning on a weekday.

Easy and quick access via the motorway. We spent one night there in the rain and could not hear the motorway. We were alone with a small converted van. Picnic area on site. Beware of the fire-risk sign during the warmer months.

We spent a quiet night at this spot. The road is nearby but lightly trafficked at night. However, there are many people on Sunday morning—walkers, mountain bikers, hunters, and others. Quite pleasant overall.
