Busy campsite stopover, full facilities

Very expensive—obviously, this is Switzerland. Very noisy. Very narrow, making manoeuvring difficult when all the spaces are occupied. Grey-water drainage is in the middle of the lane, preventing passage. The only positive point is that it is well shaded.✦Translating

Very expensive for such poor facilities. 45 CHF per 24 hours (35 CHF per night, plus a supposed 5 CHF daily fee per person). You have to open the gate yourself, and then anyone can park there. There does not seem to be any control by the campsite: they do not record your registration number or give you a receipt, a dashboard ticket, or anything else. very nice place, a short walk to Lake Geneva and some lovely sites to see. reception gave us a bar code to use on all the buses and the metro service for free which takes you to each tiered level of the city of Lausanne and ultimately to the top where you will find a beautiful Cathedral ...we thoroughly enjoyed our visit there

Simply too expensive: €33 for a gravel site overlooking a disposal station in the middle of the site, which is also used by the neighbouring campsite. The showers and toilets are clean and warm but old-school, from the 1970s. The city is easy to reach; the bus stop is right outside and free with the guest card.✦Translating

The car park reopened on 1 February 2026 with new operators and the same services: CHF 25 plus CHF 5 tax for the day, except that you can stay only one night in the motorhome area, clearly stated on a sign at the entrance. Closed this winter! There is no longer any possibility of emptying tanks, getting water, or obtaining electrical assistance, nor of parking for a few nights. All nearby spaces prohibit motorhomes from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., despite being empty out of season. Truly disappointing for such a beautiful city, the home of the Olympic movement.✦Translating

As a Lausanne resident, perfect for recharging, especially in winter when everything is closed because of the cold (Lavaux motorway, Bantam, etc.). Normally it is not free, contrary to what some comments indicate: it costs CHF 3 for the services, which seems reasonable to me, payable at the campsite. Of course, you can do without them, but then don’t complain when this type of service disappears. Lovely night in a van with a rooftop tent. Not very expensive and super cosy, right next to Lake Geneva!

Two nights at the campsite. We avoided the motorhome area because it was too cramped and smelled of toilet waste in the hot weather. €110 for two nights, probably expensive, but the campsite is genuinely very well located: 100 metres from a large beach and 50 metres directly from the lake. Large pitch, electricity, and services included. At this price, you get free metro and bus tickets to Lausanne.

CHF 25 per night is fair, especially because you can also use the campsite’s toilets and showers and because of the proximity to the beach. It was very cramped for us, as someone squeezed into even the smallest gap. As a result, you could hear every sound from the neighbouring vehicles, such as washing dishes at 1 a.m. The motorway is very loud. You can smell the toilet-disposal area.

Everything was fine. You can use the campsite facilities—the parking area is right next to the toilets, bins, washing-up sinks, and so on. We spent a quiet night. There is a beach on the lake two minutes away. We were able to enjoy a refreshing swim.

We were there for one night, it cost 25 Swiss francs. Includes everything at the nearby campsite - the difference is the area of the plot. Includes public transportation tickets. There is a huge park and lake nearby - very beautiful. There were 5 of us. In short, very worthwhile.

Acceptable; it is fine and quiet. We arrived late, and since the car park is next to the campsite, a security guard looking after the campsite showed us where to go. All the services needed for one night: electricity, showers, drinking-water refill, and waste-water disposal. I am not giving five stars because it is a little old, especially the bathrooms, but everything worked well.
