Been here?
This small grassy spot beneath a chairlift offers an open mountain landscape, with cow bells heard in the morning. The area was fenced during a recent July visit, leaving few usable parking spaces, and cars passed along the track every 15 minutes until 5:30AM. A restaurant is about four minutes away on foot.

Small spot in the middle of a ski slope, offering an opening onto the landscape. Early morning wake-up to the sound of cow bells.Translating
Here at a weekend in July. Wedding up the top at the restaurant so maybe that was the problem. But the whole area is fenced off so few spots to park up. Right on a track with cars driving past every 15 minutes until 5:30AM. Barely slept, but all the others nearby were full or no longer usable so had to settle with this.
Quiet and beautiful views, with many hikers in the morning.Translating
Fantastic view and spot, excellent restaurant four minutes’ walk away, overlooking Mont Blanc. Fabulous!Translating
Lovely spot with a beautiful view of Mont Blanc 100 m higher up and a magnificent lake a little lower down. However, there is indeed traffic starting at 5:30 AM, making for a fairly early wake-up.Translating
Very nice place with a beautiful view. The only drawbacks are the flies and the tractor at 6 AM because there are cows grazing below. Otherwise, there is no traffic at night. Near restaurants and a mountain refuge, with a pond ideal for animals but swimming prohibited, plus a barbecue area, tables, and a children’s play area in the trees.Translating
Excellent location at the foot of the chairlift, with a magnificent view and absolute peace and quiet despite being beside the road. Recommended.Translating
Great place, with a large parking area at the end for turning around if needed. A little noise in the morning around 5:30 AM from tractors, but nothing too bad.Translating
