Camping de Chanteraine***

A very warm welcome; we were allowed to choose our pitch. It may be a little difficult to reach the electrical connections, but overall it was very good. We spent three peaceful nights. Only a few wasps came to share our meal—and yes, we are in the countryside.

Great campsite, very friendly welcome, and we could choose our pitch. Functional and clean sanitary facilities, a good shaded pitch, near the lake, ten minutes on foot. Perhaps a little expensive: €38 for one night for a van, two adults, one dog, and electricity.

Very nice campsite, good food, very friendly staff, and a good pool for cooling off after hiking or cycling. The lake is nearby, you can choose your own pitch, and it is very quiet.

A very pleasant and peaceful campsite where we could choose our own pitch. The restaurant is definitely recommended, both for a drink and for delicious à la carte food. In the morning you can order bread and pastries. The sanitary facilities are clean and well maintained, and the showers are wonderfully warm. A stay worth repeating!

Sanitary facilities were fine for us; the only minor drawback was that the showers were very hot and could not be regulated. Bread service and a small shop. We will certainly return.

The gentleman at reception is extremely welcoming and friendly. The campsite is very quiet, family-oriented, and shaded. The essentials are there! Thank you and have a good season.

Great location for a peaceful camp. Decent warm showers and outdoor washing-up facilities. We went in April, which was before the season had really started and the washing machine was unavailable, as were the pizzas, which was a shame, but the shop was open. The water refill / grey water area was a little grim but this may have just been a bad day. Generally we loved our stay and would recommend.

Nice campsite, friendly welcome. The lake is a seven-minute walk away and easily reachable by bicycle. The pizzas are good and the mini-market has plenty of choice. I recommend it.

Very good. Quiet. Very friendly reception. Pool at a good temperature. Sanitary facilities and shower fine. €31 for two people in a motorhome. Nothing to complain about. I recommend it.

Nice but nothing special. The pool and sanitary facilities are tiny for the size of the campsite, and cleanliness is average. We paid €41 for one night for three people and a van.

We spent two days here. The person at reception was friendly. Upon arrival, we chose our pitch and then went back to inform the office. We took a pitch at the back under the oak trees, very close to the secondary sanitary facilities, which were very clean and had a good shower. Decent pool and a small convenience shop. We paid €61 for two people and our van, without electricity. Recommended!

When we arrived, we received a very warm welcome and went on foot to choose our pitch. Lovely large, slightly shaded pitch, and a pool at a good temperature. We will return.

I stayed at the campsite on April 22, 2025, and although it had been open for more than 20 days, everything was overgrown and most of the very limited sanitary facilities were not working and were closed. In the evening there was not a single light on in the huge park. Access for motorhomes to fill and empty tanks was complicated. Not worth it, at least in the low season; I don't know whether things improve later.

SUPER campsite, friendly and pleasant welcome, with free choice of available pitches. Restaurant area with roast chicken, ice cream, and cold drinks. The pool is very clean and pleasant, and more than adequately sized. Super-clean sanitary facilities. Access to the lake is only a short walk or bike ride away, in beautiful surroundings. New motorhome service station for emptying wastewater and toilet cassettes. Nothing is missing.
