Motorway rest area, airport noise

Showers are sadly closed.

Stayed overnight; nice little shopping centre.

Shower €6. But because of the motorway and airport, it is noisy.

We parked the car behind the trucks and slept in it for two nights. It worked without any problems. We used the toilet in the restaurant above the motorway. It was clean and cost €0.80.

The proximity to the airport did not bother us while sleeping. The night was fairly quiet. The showers are clean. Toilets cost €0.80 upstairs.

Quiet night despite the nearby road and airport.

Been there 2 nights. Slept in the car. Some spots stink incredibly with urine! Toilets available only on petro station. The tiny 2cabin toilet not available (poo all everywhere!!). Showers available,you have to ask for the shower in the restaurant, pay 6€ per person and you get the key to the showers (each separately closed),3cabins in total. Generally it was ok.

The parking area is very large. There is a free but dirty outdoor toilet in the parking area and a paid toilet in the building. We ate at Resto A4 and were given the key to the showers for free. They are on the other side of the motorway next to KFC. Two burgers with two portions of fries cost €32 in total. Aircraft noise stops at night.

Absolutely brilliant if you want a relaxed night without mosquitoes and with plenty of places to eat. Toilets and a 24/7 petrol-station shop are available. The important thing to know is that the passage to the other side, where KFC is located, closes at 11 p.m. Otherwise, you cannot get back.

11/04/2024—I slept here for two nights. We visited Keukenhof, ten minutes away, and Amsterdam, 25 minutes away. Knowing that free overnight parking is prohibited in the Netherlands, we chose this option. There was a lot of mutual respect among the truck drivers sleeping in the parking area. We filled our 80-litre water tank by positioning the van next to the bathrooms.

Very nice place; we stayed for two nights while exploring Amsterdam and Keukenhof.
