Daytime motorhome parking, overnight ban

Very large parking area with large spaces, for taking the train to Puy de Dôme. There is a service point for dumping waste water, and also a drinking-water tap, although it is separated from the parking area, so a very long hose would be needed. It is useful for filling bottles, however.

There is a place for grey and black water, as well as drinking water on the wooden building.

Daytime parking only, overnight stays prohibited. Spaces suitable for motorhomes; there is a dump station but no water. Bins and public toilets with an outdoor tap.

The parking area is huge and (still) free. It is a shame that we are irritated by the behavior of some campers. Apparently, overnight stays are taking place here despite the prohibition (five motorhomes, some on leveling ramps, satellite dishes out, chairs outside). More checks are probably needed, as prohibitions are increasingly ignored. Everyone else who follows the rules suffers the consequences.

Prohibited from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.; we slept opposite in the “car” parking lot for the Dômes train, where it is not explicitly prohibited.

Large area away from the main car park yet you are not allowed to park the night, which seems a waste to me. The staff at the centre are not the friendliest people I have met, They almost seem fed up and bored to be there. The guy at the paying point for the train refused to except my small change (20 cents in coins) for the cost of the train just pushing it back and walking away.
