This shaded picnic area beside a stream has several tables and is near a road. Overnight stays have been possible, with the river providing a noticeable but calming sound. The road is nearby but generally quiet at night, and there are no bins, so take all waste away.

Very beautiful place; the sound of the river is soothing for a night. Clean!! Thank you for keeping this place clean.
As mentioned, ideal for stopping. The river runs right beside it, fast-flowing and very cold. No concern about cyanobacteria at the moment. No rubbish bin, so please collect your waste.
Very beautiful spot with three tables and benches, ideal for a short break in good weather, directly by the water. Unfortunately, the road runs directly above the spot; generally there is not much traffic (in September). We spent a quiet night here.
Great place to spend the afternoon by the water (and potentially to sleep, I think).
