We had a quiet night, and the residents and visitors to the monastery garden were not bothered by us. However, I think the residents would feel disturbed if more than one motorhome parked here. Our satnav also took us into dead-end streets; the residential area on the hill is a little confusing. We will not stay overnight here again.
We spent a very quiet night. The place is right next to the monastery garden. In about five minutes you can reach the Golenstein Hut, a hut run by the Palatinate Forest Club. Good, inexpensive food and friendly staff.
It was very quiet today. Good starting point for sightseeing in the city. The walk to the centre takes no more than 7–10 minutes. There are no motorhome parking spaces in the city centre itself. Staying overnight here should also be possible.
