Highly recommended. The road makes it somewhat noisy during the day, but it is quiet at night. Beautiful grounds.
A lovely, peaceful place in the middle of nature. Vivi gave us an incredibly warm welcome, making us feel at home immediately. You can tell that this place is being built with great love. The perfect base for visiting the Plitvice Lakes or simply relaxing. We will definitely return.
We had a very good, quiet night without any noise, for €20 plus €5 for electricity. It is quite rustic, as she says, but suitable for one night. It is just a shame there was no hot water for the shower and washing dishes.
Vivi has a personality as charming as the place. If you do not arrive with a smile and a desire to discover her region, you can look for another campsite, and she will help you find one. There are few shaded pitches and the sanitary facilities are very basic. But if you are looking for peace and authenticity, you are in the right place. Thank you, Vivi, for the welcome and advice.
A lovely place to sleep in a friendly lady’s backyard. Beautiful farmland views, with the sounds of animals such as chickens and cows from the neighbouring farm. The owner kindly showed us around and emphasised the modest conditions, but everything was perfectly adequate for us. Indoor toilets, outdoor showers and chemical-toilet disposal are available. The price was only €20 per night. Completely worth the money!
A beautiful place with a warm-hearted host. We felt very well looked after, and Vivi gave us many tips about things to do in the area. I can highly recommend this place.
What can I say? Quite simply, Vivi is a sweetheart who welcomed us with extraordinary kindness. Everything is thoughtfully arranged and well organised. A big-hearted lady who does everything necessary to make guests comfortable. When we arrived, Vivi set up hammocks for us and lent us a barbecue. I highly recommend it. We hope to return one day. Big kisses, Vivi.
We visited the Plitvice Lakes. Low water pressure, but otherwise everything was fine.
the waterproblem are solved. there are toilets and a shower with sunheated water. very lovely owner. she is super cute. highly revommended. price is now 20€ with electricity bit its worth
We passed by on 30 May and met Vivi, a very warm and smiling person, but she was apologetic because of a water problem; it was not possible to stay at the time.
We have just passed Vivi’s campsite. She will open in one or two weeks because she has water problems with the toilets. She is still just as lovely.
Unfortunately, we can confirm that. There is nothing left.
It doesn’t exist—no signs, nothing.
Top marks for camp Vivi! She came out in the rain followed by a ginger cat to help us set up as we struggled to get our adapter into the electric tower. She made it work! We paid €15 euro for one van, two people and electric. Think she will close for winter soon. Great value if you just need a cheap spot by the lakes
Perfect! A warm welcome. I spent two nights there waiting for the rain to pass, and it was an excellent stop close to the lakes.
We are here for one night. Very friendly welcome and a lovely host. We paid €15 for one night for two adults, a dog and a camper van. The place is recommended and has a beautiful view. Everything needed is available. The shower only has cold water.
Vivi is very friendly and gave us a lovely welcome. The site is in a small village about 30 minutes from the national park. Some road noise during the day, but quiet at night. Only cold water, with low pressure. Warning: there are incredibly many ticks in the meadow in mid-September. €20 per night for two people, a car with a roof tent, plus €5 for electricity.
Very nice owner, simple facilities with cold shower water. The road is barely audible, and there is a great view of the countryside. We would come back anytime.
Not much comfort, but still four stars for the setting, peace and welcome. For us, it was a wonderful taste of real van life, preferable to all the campsites. Thank you, Vivi!
Exactly how it should be. €25 for two people including electricity. Absolutely recommended. I cannot understand the one-star reviews. Everything is fair, transparent and clean. Yes, the water is cold, but that is exactly the camping vibe I want. Like it used to be!
Warm welcome. Vivi made it easy for us to set up with our motorhome, trailer and motorcycle. The stop is in a green setting at the bottom of a wide valley. Very well located for visiting Plitvice.
The owner is very friendly and helpful. She gives good tips for visiting the waterfalls, about half an hour away. It is a very quiet campsite with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. We stayed here both the night before and the night after visiting Plitvice.
A really great place at Vivi’s! We liked it very much, and she took plenty of time to explain everything and give us tips for the national park. We also discussed the one-star review from the previous day. She said she had always been there; it is a shame when people have no patience and then write such a review. Unfair, because she really does a great job!
Lovely little private campsite. If you plan to visit the Plitvice Lakes the next day, Vivi will explain everything. The shower is solar-heated, so avoid taking it in the evening because it will probably be cold.
We found it closed.
Quiet campsite with a wonderful view. Very friendly and helpful owner. The toilets are outdated. Water pressure is very low on all taps, making washing dishes and showering difficult, though possible. €30 for a van with four people.
Passing through before Plitvice—absolutely excellent! The welcome is superb, and you receive all the recommendations needed to visit the waterfalls. The place is quiet, away from the crowds and exorbitant prices (€20 per night in high season), and 30 minutes by road from the southern entrance to Plitvice. Highly recommended.
We stayed here for one night, arriving around 9 p.m., and there was still plenty of space. The owner is a very nice retired lady who has put a lot of effort into her site. She is learning German and English especially for her campsite and guests, and gives good advice on how best to visit the Plitvice Lakes. There are wonderful outdoor showers and electricity.
Great place with a very kind person and lots of good advice for the lake and also for the airfield near the Bosnian border. Be aware that the shower is quite cold, but the place is so peaceful that you forget about it.
We spent two nights at Vivi’s! She is an exceptional and extremely kind person, rare to find. She is also very talkative, but it is a pleasure to speak with her. Peaceful location around a farm, with toilets, electricity, a shower (cool because it uses a tank, but refreshing in the heat), and a sink for washing dishes. I highly recommend this exceptional place.
What a lovely place. There is a large lounge area. Very clean toilets and outdoor showers. Washing up area. Cows with cow bells and dogs are welcome. There is chemical toilet disposal too. Vivi is lovely and we took her advice on our trip to the lakes and everything went amazingly well. We hardly queued at all.
We arrived late, but she still took the time to explain how to get to the lake. The place is clean, and the solar shower is cool, but refreshing in good weather. Lovely sunset. €20 for a van, two adults and one child, who stayed free.
€25 per 24 hours including electricity. Small place surrounded by greenery. The sanitary facilities are clean. The owner is very nice and makes a real effort. Perfect place to switch off and relax.
