Camping la Grisse

Lovely friendly campsite. The pitches are huge, well maintained, everything works, & importantly at this time of year in a fairly heavy camping car the "soft spots" are marked. Even though we arrived early it was not a problem, very friendly reception from the owner. Shower/toilets/washing up area, all immaculate. If you want piece and quiet, its a great place.

Positives; nice welcome despite arrival at 7pm unannounced. Hot showers/ washing up area and lots of facilities. Good ACSI price €19 Negatives; Just not for us - more set up for permanent campers and not tourers. Lacking charm but that could be because we arrived on a rainy day in October! No grey water drainage(we asked twice) so I've edited P4N accordingly.

Great campsite! We had planned to go to the Oglisspark car park, but without services for €18 we chose this small campsite 7 minutes away. Very clean sanitary facilities, very quiet night, perfect!✦Translating

It is just an ordinary campsite, neither more nor less. The glowing reviews and description on the site are frankly exaggerated. The pitches are fairly large but nothing exceptional, with no privacy, at least for us, and the sanitary facilities are far from “magnificent” as described on the site. Lots of self-congratulation for very little. One night, no more. And at €35!✦Translating

Quiet, relaxing campsite with large pitches and no stress about departure times. Very large shower, clean sanitary facilities. Nice owner. Slept very well. Excellent place to settle in after a day at the seaside; the beach is 10–15 minutes away by car. Recommended!✦Translating

i loved this campsite. we had a huge pitch and payed around €21 for one night with two people and one tent. the sanities are clean and maintained. it’s such a lovely location. near O’gliss. very quiet

Stay from 28/07 to 31/07. The cleanliness of the sanitary facilities was more than questionable, and the bins were not emptied daily—three full days passed before they were emptied. As for the 18 waste containers at the campsite entrance, they were overflowing; the lids no longer closed, with photos as evidence. This is bordering on a health inspection issue: smells, unsanitary conditions, etc. What an image of France.✦Translating
