2 Rue de l'Église, 25220, Chalèze
Been here?
A small, flat gravel parking area beside the Doubs, with views over the river and room for 2 motorhomes if they do not park closely. It is generally quiet, although the church may ring from 7 hours and the area is beside a cemetery. A recent report mentions dog droppings and the associated smell.

Just passing through; I did not stay. Droppings everywhere and the smell that comes with them. A shame, the place was otherwise quite nice!
Level gravel ground, suitable for two motorhomes if you do not want to park tightly together. View of the Doubs. The only drawback is the church, which starts ringing at 7 a.m.?
The churchgoers do not like it when there are motorhomes in eight spaces.
Nice for one night. Rather quiet, with a level space beside the water. Thanks to the municipality :) Please leave this place clean ;)
I spent a very quiet night at this spot. Construction workers arrived in the morning, but they did not cause any disturbance. The spot is beside a cemetery and a river. The ground is gravel and level.
Wonderful for one night! Directly by the river, next to a church, in the village, with houses around, so it is not isolated. Some traffic noise can be heard from the nearby main road.
If you like to spend time in a cemetery, it's the perfect place.
Quiet and we felt safe. View of the cemetery and water... the church rings the hours except between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. There is water nearby, so there are also some mosquitoes. Also suitable for large motorhomes.
Very friendly village, with very kind residents. Quiet spot near the Doubs, at the foot of a lovely little church that rings the hours and the Angelus, but not from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
