Riverside picnic spot, discreet stays

A small, relatively flat spot directly beside the Ise river, with a small picnic bench and access to the moor hike. The river invites refreshing swims, and one night was spent here by car. A sign says motorcycles and cars should not cross the path; overnight stays appear tolerated if discreet, without rubbish or traces.
