Beach parking, noisy and insecure

This is a free, spacious parking area only a few metres from the public beach, but it was reported as a construction site. There is water, although the place can feel deserted and lacks shade in the morning; afternoons offer good shade. A recent overnight was very noisy, and a camper was broken into while parked during the day.

Not particularly nice. Quite deserted and lifeless. But there is water. Hence three stars.
We spent one very noisy night here. The next day we stayed parked here to spend the day at the beach, when we were surprised to find the vehicle broken into and many things stolen. Despite it being a busy street. Avoid. The place had seemed safe, though. The people who did it were professionals.
Good, free and spacious parking only a few meters from the public beach. It didn’t get 5 stars only because of the lack of shade in the morning. In the afternoon there was good shade. We only stayed during the day.
