Unnamed Road, 81400, Niksic
Been here?
A large grassy, shaded parking area beside the lake dike, with access to a beach, swimming, paddleboarding, a promenade and a nearby beach bar. It can be quiet at night, but daytime and Friday-night traffic may be busy. Serious concerns include abundant rubbish, stray dogs, suspicious activity and recent reports of attempted theft. There is no nearby bin, although bins are available at the playground.

lot of garbage and strange people scared us, we didn't feel safe there so we drove to the nearest camp
I had a very quiet night there, during the week. The last vehicle left at around 10 p.m.
The place is okay as a stopover, but there is a lot of garbage, no bin anywhere, and also many dogs. You can take a lovely walk along the promenade, though.
Stay clear if you value your belongings.
spent two quiet and peaceful nights here garbage is an issue so you have to find a suitable place location near Lake for swimming and paddleboarding is excellent use the garbage bins in the playground - lots of them and they are emptied 5 min drive to Nikšič lots of cars on Friday night but showed no interest in us if you don't mind the rubbish this is a good place
Grassy parking area under large trees, opposite a beautiful children’s playground. Quiet and nicely shaded. Just a few steps from the upper edge of the lake and the little beach. Convenient for a lunch break.
Unfortunately have to confirm the incidents of theft, someone tried to steal our things at night. Better to stay on the field near the airport.
Fantastic place to camp. You can swim in the lake; there is a small beach and a beach bar. It was busy during the day, but at night we were the only ones there. Top location!
Lots of individual cars with their lights on parked in every side road, and lots of condoms—probably a red-light area.
Slept for one night. Fairly secluded place with little traffic during the night. I recommend going next to the power station at the end of the road to benefit from the light from its streetlamps. More practical during the winter season for cooking. Coordinates: 42.786614, 18.893596. A few stray dogs passing through.
It is an okay place to stay. We felt safe. There is a lot of garbage, including broken glass, in this area, as well as stray dogs, which are not very scary and are a bit playful. We nevertheless had a peaceful night. We collected some rubbish, but there is no bin anywhere for it, so birds and dogs will probably spread it around again. It is a shame.
We waited out the rainy days here and spent three peaceful nights. However, we stayed a little farther ahead. There are several parking options. During the day, goats and cows came by several times. There are currently ten dogs at the playground; they enjoy a little food and in return guard the motorhome. The site is accessible to motorhomes of all sizes.
