Domaine Marçais

A warm welcome, a large green space in the middle of the vineyards, perfect for spending the night. The children enjoyed the facilities on site: swings, a football goal, and a picnic table. Lovely walks nearby. We were even able to have a small tasting at the estate and were tempted by their products. Our way of thanking them for their welcome.

Five stars are not enough for this place. Sylvain and Juan’s welcome is exceptional. The area allocated to motorhomes is spacious and shaded. You really feel welcome, which is lovely! On the way to our holiday destination, we will certainly stop here, or come just for the pleasure of it without needing a reason. Wine tasting is possible and enjoyable in a place that encourages peace and quiet. Thank you.

A spacious, flat, grassy area. Ideal for spending a quiet night in the countryside. The owner is very welcoming and will let you taste the excellent wines he produces. Highly recommended.

Pleasant countryside stop bordered by oaks and vineyards in a hilly setting between the Layon and Loire. Great opportunities for walking and cycling. A warm welcome from the estate owners.

We stayed at the Marçais estate and received a very warm welcome; we were very comfortable. The estate is ideally situated, surrounded by vineyards, with an extraordinary view. The grounds border hiking trails, offering plenty to enjoy. The winemaker let us taste his production, including wines, sparkling wines, and of course Coteaux du Layon. A wonderful address.
