Been here?
Small, quiet and family-friendly campsite directly beside the Maas, with pitches by the water, among trees or near the playground. Sanitary facilities are available in containers and are basic but generally clean and usable. A ferry, village bakery, cycling routes and nearby attractions such as Kasteel Arcen make it a good base for exploring. Reservations are advisable in high season.

Peaceful by the water or among the beautiful trees, but there is also space by the playground. Something for everyone. Next to the little ferry, asparagus and rose cycling routes, and Arcen Castle nearby. The village is within walking distance, with fresh bread and coffee. Quaint and cozy, and affordable. In high season, I think reservations in advance are probably necessary.
Very nice, QUIET spot on the Maas. The bakery is around the corner and is open seven days a week in high season. Take the ferry across to Velden. Jan Aerdts organic farm offers delicious meat, dairy, and vegetables. Sanitary facilities are available, but do not expect too much. Oh yes, Velden has an Albert Heijn. Everything is easy to reach by bicycle or on foot. The owner is very friendly!
Nice small campsite directly on the Maas. Very family-oriented and idyllic. The sanitary facilities are in containers, but hygiene is okay.
Super-friendly operator. Great site with lots of space for kids. I cannot say anything about the sanitary facilities because we did not use them.
Very nice site! Very quiet! Very friendly owner! Very clean sanitary facilities! Excellent starting point for bike tours!
We arrived on Sunday evening. There were lovely free spots in the orchard with a view of the Maas, but we were told that we could not stay there even for one night because everything was reserved. For two people with a dog (electricity was not relevant to us but is included in the price) and two shower tokens, we paid just under €29. Showers and toilets are in a container. The price-performance ratio does not work for us here.
We had a lovely stay on the bigger field. The orchard area also had sites where you could help yourself to freshly fallen apples from the trees. Sanitary areas are basic but clean and sufficient.
Everything is great, surrounded by nature. The sanitary facilities could be better, but otherwise there is nothing to complain about.
The location is very good and the operator is very friendly. Unfortunately, the facilities leave a lot to be desired: everything is very basic, with toilets and showers in containers that are probably not cleaned. Supplies are mostly used up; the place really needs renovation. The site is good for bike tours, including to Venlo. These and the good location are its advantages; everything else is more of a downside.
Located directly on the Maas. The sanitary facilities consist of two basic containers. Spacious playground with a football field. Electricity is only 6 amps.
