8A Coburger Straße, 96145, Seßlach
Been here?
Quiet daytime parking area directly beside the historic city wall of Seßlach. Glass, paper and rubbish bins are nearby, the tourist information toilet is about 1 minute away, and a bakery is about 2 minutes away behind the walls. Overnight parking opportunities are restricted and controlled, so this is best treated as daytime parking.

Waouh pastry shop! However, the parking area before the old bridge, from 9:00 to 21:00, left us stranded!!
Parking lot in front of the town of Seßlach.
Whenever we are nearby, we stay here, whether in a motorhome or a hotel. The standard of the restaurants and bakery is still very good. Unfortunately, the possibilities for wild camping have become more restricted over the years. The reasons? The same as everywhere. The town also checks this, which I personally think is very good.
Beautiful historic old town, yes, but only two muddy, unpaved parking areas. One is by the fire station and kindergarten, with no prohibition sign, for a maximum of four motorhomes; on the other, motorhomes are allowed only until 21:00, with a maximum of two vehicles. The town seems very touristy. Motorhomes do not seem to be welcome here.
Shopping market and savings bank within walking distance. Wonderful restaurants and cafés in the old town. Very friendly people. A wild, romantic walking path through and around the old town.
