Very quiet, with cow fields opposite. Lake nearby but privately owned. Hiking starts from the lake.

August 23, 2025. Very pretty little place, quite popular. Flat, no leveling blocks needed. Beautiful view of Puy de Sancy. Quiet among other vans. No services. Thank you to the town hall for allowing this spot. Respect the peace and quiet. Respect nature. Take all your rubbish with you.

Great pitch, quiet. Good spot for hiking to Lake Pavin and Lake Chauvet. We spent two nights.

Few spots nearby; this one is a nice alternative: flat, lots of space, exceptional evening light, and cows in the early morning. My daughter took her chair and had breakfast in front of them. Two minor negatives: the view can be blocked by another vehicle, so park as far to the right as possible, and the gravel creates dust, which isn't ideal with children.

Superb view of the Puy de Sancy range, with a beautiful sunset and cows in the pasture in the foreground. We spent one night and came back a second time because the place is truly pleasant, especially when parked in the first spot on the right with its grandiose view.

Car park with some slope, entertaining if you have children because the cows in the pasture opposite come over curiously. Very good for spending the night. Private lake, impossible to access; starting point for many hikes.

Beautiful, quiet pitch; our companions were the cows, but with their bells they were passing through, which was very pleasant. It is not possible to walk around the lake.

Quiet place, ideal for spending the night. Several motorhomes today but nothing bothersome. Park at the beginning of the car park for sunset views over the hills and breakfast accompanied by the sound of bells. Excellent.

Very quiet night; we didn't hear the road, and there were a few discreet motorhomes, so it was perfect for the night. Woke up to cowbells and a beautiful view of the fields. I recommend it!
