8 Chemin Georges Malere, 71250, Cluny
Been here?
The paid motorhome area has only 6 pitches and is often full; the fee is 11€ when collected by the municipal police, with a 22€ fine if unpaid. Further along the dead-end path are quiet shaded spaces without prohibition, offering no services except bins. The historic centre is about 5-15 minutes on foot, while distant TGV trains are audible but generally not disturbing.

Motorhome parking area 10 minutes’ walk from the town center. Paid: €11 by calling the municipal police, who come to collect payment on site. Be careful, they patrol; if unpaid, the fine is €22. Shaded and quiet, except for the TGV passing in the distance, but not bothersome. Electricity and bins on site. The police officer showed us a place to empty tanks at the end of the road.
Perfect place to stay. With small benches and tables, and plenty of TGV trains, which do not really disturb.
Great park up, very peaceful sleep. 5min walk to beautiful historic town with a good amount of pubs. Surrounding area is beautiful to drive through. Recommend.
Very nicely located parking area. The town is within walking distance. Waste disposal is possible directly on site. We slept very peacefully, so this is a parking area to recommend and return to.
The parking area is a fifteen-minute walk from the abbey and has shaded spaces. There are also picnic tables nearby and a water tap. We spent a very peaceful night. During the day it is occupied by cars belonging to people training at the racetrack facilities.
Very quiet, with a few TGV trains passing but nothing bothersome. Water, bin, toilets. Recommended.
Very nice shaded spot. Be careful: on Wednesdays there is football training, and the parking area is full with activity until 10 p.m. We did not stay.
Good shaded parking area for visiting the city. We did not stay overnight.
Someone came to inform us that this place is forbidden for motorhomes (municipal order, but not displayed on site), so we had to find another spot.
