The original free parking area is closed, with a paid adjacent area now available. Nighttime parking there is free, but there are no services and payment is by SMS. A large park and pubs and bars are within walking distance.

They have closed this area. The adjacent place is paid. Large parking area, and free at night; I uploaded a photo of the prices. No services. Within walking distance of pubs and bars.
Unfortunately, this free car park no longer exists. There is a paid one right next to it, and unfortunately the only way to pay is by text message.
