Been here?
Terraced campsite beside a lake, with large pitches, mountain surroundings and quick access to the water. The sanitary facilities, fresh water, waste services and bread service are available, although the grassy areas are very steep and there are no shaded pitches. Recent stays reported prices of 37.40€ for 2 adults, 1 motorhome and a dog, and 47€ for 2 adults, 2 teenagers and a dog. Noise can come from the road, machinery and vehicle movements near the entrance.

We stayed for one night at the motorhome parking area in front of the campsite. It was quite noisy, as many cars were driving back and forth to the other campsite. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. There was a kiosk in front of the washroom where people drank a lot. Unfortunately, the surrounding area offered very few opportunities for activities.Translating
Beautiful campsite with very friendly and helpful operators. The meadow is very steep; the terraced pitches are reasonably level. Unfortunately, it was very noisy when we were there. The main road across the lake was clearly audible. Otherwise, there was constant noise from brush cutters, lawnmowers, tractors, chainsaws, or a neighbor revving his motorcycle at 8 a.m. The sanitary facilities are somewhat old but clean.Translating
The site has everything a camper is looking for. Large pitches where privacy can be maintained. Very clean, including the toilets and showers. Surrounded by mountains and, depending on the pitch, directly by the water. You can find peace and quiet here. The price, just under €38, was reasonable.Translating
We spent a quiet night. Everything you need is available. Bread rolls, water and waste services included. Only the price has changed slightly: €37.40 for 2 adults, 1 motorhome. Dog free, electricity included.Translating
Very friendly welcome. Everything a campsite needs is here! There is a small beach. Unfortunately, there are no shaded pitches. 2 adults, 2 teenagers, one dog. €47.Translating
We have been here for three days. The pitches are terraced and very generously sized. The view and peace are simply wonderful. Toilets, water and waste services—all excellent. The showers and washrooms could use one or two stools. Rosi, the owner, is extremely friendly and helpful. Cash payment is mandatory. We highly recommend this site.Translating
Overall very nice and Rosi is very kind, but: There are only four shower cubicles each for women and men, which is too few for a site this size, and unfortunately their condition and cleanliness are not at all satisfactory. Also, the hot water had run out several times by 5 or 6 p.m. When this was pointed out, there were unfortunately only excuses or shrugs.Translating
Really excellent value: bus, 1 person, one dog, no electricity—€34.80 for two nights. Quick access to the lake; the water is pleasantly cool and clear. The atmosphere on the site is pleasant and friendly, probably also because it is relatively small. I regret not staying longer; apparently, you cannot find anything better in high season. :-)Translating
Nice site with ok views of the lake depending of where you’re put. Very quiet and calm. Clean facilities.
Beautiful campsite directly on the lake. The motorhome pitches are arranged in terraces slightly away from the lake. We would have liked to stay directly by the lake. Unfortunately, grey water could not currently be emptied, but that will surely be possible in the future. Otherwise, we had two lovely days there; the playground outside offers plenty to do.Translating
Rosi alone would deserve six stars ☺️. The surroundings are also beautiful, with private access to the lake. The motorhome pitches are terraced, so everyone can enjoy the lovely scenery.Translating
We only stayed one night here (in transit) but would have happily stayed longer. The views were great, the facilities clean, the showers hot and powerful. It was quiet with lots of space - though possibly because we were there in shoulder season (late may). €23 for two people with a small campervan.
After 30 years, we returned to Afritz for the first time, and what can I say—I can only agree with the previous reviewers. At the Bodner family’s site, you can still experience camping as it used to be. At first, you have to get your bearings because the two remaining campsites on the lake partly overlap, but the upper terraced pitches at Bodner’s are excellent. We will gladly return.Translating
Rosi is a very lovely host! The site is generally very well maintained and has its own beach access. Dogs may go down to the beach but not into the water; for that, you have to walk about 2 km, after which there are many places where dogs can swim. Showers and toilets are very clean. Fresh water, wastewater disposal and rubbish disposal are available. Wi-Fi on request. We spent three wonderful nights here and visited the local skate park. We will definitely return! 2 adults and a dog for 3 nights: €87, which is very good!Translating
