Shaded municipal area, limited stay

The area is excellent: 12 spaces, a service point, and electricity for all spaces. Five minutes from the shops and town centre, and for less than €10. Many towns should take inspiration from this. Well done to the municipality!

Superb area, quiet, six minutes from the train station—ideal for taking the train to Nancy—and the price is great.

Well located. It’s a shame that members of the public and cyclists can pass through the parking area. We don’t feel secure. The toilets don’t work.

Perfectly designed for users, five minutes from old Toul but still peaceful, with tables and shady spots at the foot of the ramparts. Perfect.

Great place to stay for a night. Close to the center with shops and restaurants. 10 Euros including electricity 10 amps making it possible to run the AC in the heat!

The area is very well located and reasonably priced at €9.88 including services. One small drawback: the description fails to mention that it is on a very busy pedestrian path, and the four spaces on the left are very tight.

Great place for camper-van services and visiting Toul. Busy at the weekend. Toilets at the nearby harbour when the restaurant is open. At €9 including electricity and water, it’s great value. The train station is an 8–10 minute walk for easy access to Nancy. Nice ride along the Moselle to Liverdun.

Great place to spend a quiet night. The marina is very close shame that those staying at the Aire can’t use the facilities at the marina. The entry /exit system is poor if a camper is coming out you have to see if they will reverse back up o to the Aire to allow you to clear road if not you have toreverse back onto the road, and also if the park up is full you have to reverse onto the main road.

The payment-machine access works well. The location relative to Toul is excellent. I’m surprised nobody has mentioned the persistent sewage smell. Or is that only something from the last few days? The rubbish container was overflowing, so people had to leave their rubbish beside it. It would be a small effort to empty the container daily.

Nice place for visiting the town. Be aware that it may be full even with empty spaces, because some campers have booked several days. Absolutely no problem turning around if the space is full. Total cost €9.80, everything included. Very calm, with no noise during the day or night.

Top location, possible to arrive late, barrier with card payment, works really well. Water, sewage , very calm. 10 plus spots. Recommended.

Quiet camping area right next to the city. Shops nearby. The negative is that 80% of people cannot get onto the site because the technology doesn’t work. Very quiet and clean. We felt very comfortable.

Very nice, clean and quiet area. Twelve spaces. €9 for electricity and services. The entrance machine was broken, but repaired during the day; the employee kindly gave us a free code to exit. Five minutes from the station for travelling to Nancy.

Beautifully located, level and tidy. Centre nearby. Good for cycling and walking along the Moselle. When we were there, printing a ticket and opening the barrier was complicated.

Good stay, around nine spaces. Water and wastewater drainage. Unmanned entrance barrier, but open 24 hours. €9 for 24 hours with electricity. Children’s park and benches. Flats beside it, so it is not completely private. People walk by easily. No toilets.

I don’t understand all the comments about the water. It comes out in a strong, full stream—something a 53-year-old man like me can only dream of. When the normal taps are shut off because of frost, there is a connection in the ground under a cover, but you need a threaded connection for it. Enjoy this lovely place.

Very beautiful spot, no aeroplanes—sic!—a short walk into town and lovely bike rides along the Moselle loop. Toilet emptying available; water is difficult. The taps are dry, and there is a ground cover where water is supposedly available, but it does not look very hygienic. Otherwise entirely adequate for the price.

Anyone who enjoys departing or landing planes flying over their motorhome should definitely come here. I cannot understand why this was not mentioned in the many previous reviews. And no, there is no night-flight ban. Otherwise well below average, apart from the possibility of electricity, for those who need it.

Good location, but expensive with a €9 service fee when there was no water to rinse out the toilet and no drinking water either. The fee is another €9 plus tax for the parking itself.

To respond to the previous person: the area has 11 spaces, so it cannot be closed. Access is very easy; our 9-metre motorhome managed perfectly. Superb, clean area, large quiet spaces, and all services working. Many thanks to the municipality and the very helpful harbour-master’s employee. Recommended—we’ll return.

The place may be beautiful, but when it is full there is a huge problem turning around. And it was completely full for us! Even with 11 spaces, none are free when 11 motorhomes are parked there. The side road also has a barrier, so turning is only possible in a very small space. Absolutely not a good solution. Amateur hour!

Very quiet at night, clean, nothing to complain about; all services are included! Thanks to the municipality for this place, close to town, with the cathedral five minutes away on foot.

Hello. Superb area. Thanks to the municipality of Toul. However, local residents come and put their rubbish in the motorhome users’ container, and then people say we are the dirty ones.

A really beautiful and well-located place! Winter water available without problems, a great view of the fortification walls and cathedral towers, a small Friday market nearby, and, in an emergency, a modern and recommended dental practice in the neighbourhood. Many thanks to Toul!

Very nice stop, clean, spacious and inexpensive with amenities, and a town worth visiting, not forgetting the harbour area. In winter, for water, you have to lift the hatch and open the tap. Very well maintained by the harbour-master’s employee.
