This is a place for anglers' cars. The area is dirty, with overflowing rubbish bins and many cigarette ends on the ground. It is not especially appealing, although it is preferable to staying beside a motorway.

Dirty place, full of rubbish overflowing from the bins, with piles of cigarette butts on the ground, and frankly not a very attractive spot. Let's say it is still better than being beside the motorway, but it is not worth the detour!
