Been here?
Rådastrands camping is a large campsite beside a beautiful lake and beach, with pitches for caravans and camper vans, cabins, and safari tents. Services include fresh-water and waste facilities, playgrounds, minigolf, a café, snackbar, and cooking areas. The sanitary facilities are clean but too few for the campsite’s size, and recent reports mention poor maintenance and unprofessional staff. The campsite is open from 1 May.

Bad campsite. Unprofessional staff with little knowledge. Enormous lack of maintenance. It is okay with children because there is nothing better nearby.
Nature-oriented, beautifully located site with a fantastic lake and beach. Water supply and disposal, playgrounds, mini-golf, café, and snack bar available. There are also cooking facilities in the covered washing-up area. The sanitary facilities are adequate, although there are too few for the size of the site. The site is excellent for children. Unfortunately, we found it overpriced for what it offers, as were the hot snacks.
Beautiful campsite with a fantastic beach and lake. You can walk 200 meters into the lake and still easily stand. Nice paid entertainment, but much is already fully booked. At 8 p.m. there is also free entertainment. Three men's and three women's toilets for the entire campsite is far too few. Cooking facilities, a refrigerator, and microwave are available.
Large campsite with all amenities. Large pitches and clean sanitary facilities. However, there are rather few facilities for so many people. A good place if you want to stay for a week with children.
All the staff are very friendly, some also speak German. The pitches are large and the sanitary facilities very clean. There is an outdoor kitchen and free washing-up facilities, plus numerous paid services. Directly by the lake and a cycle path. Very suitable for families, but we—a childless couple in our mid-thirties—also felt very comfortable.
Very nice campsite; we stayed here for several nights. A very positive experience: a three-day canoe trip with all the necessary guidance, entertainment that our daughter loved, an ICA within walking distance, everything bookable through a convenient app, a friendly and helpful team, and excellent sanitary facilities cleaned very frequently. We will definitely return!
The campsite is beautifully located by a lake with a small beach, among pine trees and with lovely walking routes. What disappointed us was the sanitary facilities. Especially from the last row, it is a long walk through mud; they are not cleaned often enough, the showers are poor, and the token system is very inconvenient (€200 deposit). Dogs are not welcome in the restaurant or on the beach. Grass was not mowed. Entertainment costs extra.
Beautifully located in the forest by the lake. A weekly board shows possible activities: beaver safari, tree climbing, and a spooky hike, although the age recommendation for the latter should be reconsidered. Within walking distance of ICA. Many things—bread delivery, washing-machine bookings, and so on—run through an app. The washing machine and dryer are very expensive!
Great place, very nice operators, excellent fries.
The site is only open from May 1! Not all year round!
For us, one of the most beautiful campsites in Sweden. The place is fantastic, with beautiful, large pitches. The owners and staff are incredibly kind and friendly. We will definitely return. A wonderful place, especially for children. In one word: amazing!
