The previous reviewers have said everything there is to say. We were able to take wonderful walks with the dog. The area is unique. The pitches are level, and having the washing-up area next to the motorhome is convenient. Horst runs the campsite with passion—you can really feel it.Translating
Small but lovely campsite in the middle of nowhere. The owner, Horst, is very informative and friendly. Sanitary facilities are in containers but very clean. Prices are at the upper end, but when there is no competition nearby... Beautiful cycling tours into Slovakia are possible.Translating
Quietly located site with a very pleasant and friendly owner. Excellent sanitary facilities. Price as stated beforehand by phone: €11 per person plus €11 for the camper van (VW bus), and €2.50 per person tourist tax. Everything was perfect—not as criticized in one of the previous reviews.Translating
Very secluded, very peaceful campsite. We stayed one night. Everything was very well maintained: kitchen, oven, washing machine, which costs very little, water, and sinks with hot water next to the camper pitches. Close to the Iron Curtain cycling route. The man is very, very kind. The toilets are very good and extremely clean. The ground is 100% flat. If I had to mention one thing, there is shade only in the morning.Translating
Small but excellent camper stop. The very friendly operator comes by and explains everything. We were able to get drinking water in the comfortably furnished communal living kitchen, with a wood stove, seating area, fully equipped kitchen, and much more. Excellent Wi-Fi is available throughout the site. The price was, understandably, reduced because of the lack of infrastructure during winter operation.Translating
We stayed there for one night; prices were as advertised online. Everything was extremely clean and very friendly. Within walking distance there is a 24-hour self-service shop with everything you need.Translating
The facilities are very good and everything is very clean. BUT: The stated price was miles away from the amount on the bill; for one night with two people, a motorhome with electricity, and one dog, we paid €40.50.Translating
A good spot right on the Scotland/England border, parking on both the north and south bound carriageways, views overlooking the sea. Next to busy A1 but not too noisy. Bins and picnic benches.
