One of the most unkept sites I've visited. I would strongly suggest finding something more suitable. We stayed just over 5 mins and tried to leave using the code we entered with. by the time we exited they charged a full hour.

Parking in the spaces is prohibited because of flooding, only the lanes may be used. Very muddy, no maintenance, no bins, and high-season prices even though it is March. But very quiet.✦Translating

A small, quiet spot beside the Layon. I could not use the designated parking spaces because of the season and the rain over the past few months. I was the only motorhome, so I parked in the lane. However, €14.30 for “parking” in the off-season!!! Camping-Car Park is still making a fortune!!!✦Translating

A very pleasant, shady and quiet little campsite, with some evening disturbance from young people in the village. Indeed, there are no sanitary facilities, but people should stop complaining because this is stated in the description. So it is not a surprise!!!! A lovely little area, very shady, beside the Layon. The Poets’ Trail is nearby, and shops are very close. But it is poorly maintained. No sanitary facilities. Looking for water, I went to this area and entered. WARNING: the spaces are unusable without a tractor to get you out. Big surprise in the morning after spending the night on the access road: NO WATER, yet Camping-Car Park charged €14.30. This is theft. If you go to the baker and there is no bread left, you do not pay for a baguette—but at Camping-Car Park, you do. USELESS.✦Translating

Beware of muddy spaces. We arrived at night and preferred to park on a paved lane so we would not get stuck; we were alone. Quiet night. Beautiful walk along the Layon and through the vineyards. Small grocery shop nearby.✦Translating

Very nice, in the shade of trees and among birds. A beautiful area, just as I like them: quiet, surrounded by nature, with walks along the Layon. No cars. Superb place with a bar, tobacconist and PMU. Viveco is 500 m away, with bread, pastries, cold meats—everything you need.✦Translating
