Waterside parking, market restriction

This free waterside parking area is close to the square and has public toilets and a water tap, though both were recently reported closed. It is generally quiet on weekdays, but traffic can be busy early in the morning. The quieter section is on the opposite side. Parking is forbidden on Saturday night because of the Sunday market.

You have to go to the other side; see the second and third photos, which are much quieter. Good for one night.
Beautiful spot with a lovely bridge and village. Right on the river. There is quite a lot of traffic early in the morning.
Great for a stopover; we had lunch here. Nice playground for our two-year-old.
Nice quiet spot for one night, pleasant for sitting outside by the water. Perfect for a stopover on the route. Not too much surrounding traffic for us on Thursday, August 18, 2022.
