This service area at a Mol fuel station provides free camper servicing. The water tap works and is hidden in the grey box at the WC BUS, with facilities for emptying grey and dark water and filling fresh water. Trucks may already occupy the area in the evening, and a terrible smell has been reported.

One of official stop (so called MOP) on A4 highway (from Wrocław to Gliwice every 20 km - 30 km) to remove grey/black water. In the evening, expect trucks already parked in that area (you need to drive and check next one). Terrible smell.
Please note, there is no water here, the tap does not work at all. You can still empty grey and black waste but you will not be able to rinse your cassette or fill up.
Good place to service the camper.
Easy to see and everything is fine. There is a tap that I think is used to rinse the toilet cassette. Personally, I would not fill the fresh-water tank here.
Unremarkable, since the toilet contents are emptied into the drain, and it looks accordingly. Toilet paper gets caught in the grate. A tap is hidden in the grey pillar/box, which can be used to rinse your toilet and clean the area a little. The place naturally smells, but it serves its purpose.
