Lakeside picnic area, weekend noise

Quite peaceful, except on weekends. Fishermen come to park early in the morning (7 a.m.). Lots of animal noise at night. The picnic tables are nicely shaded. Free mobile network reception is very weak. A nice walk around the lake, but you quickly complete the circuit.

As described. There are two car parks to choose from. I shared the area with two motor homes. I had a roof tent and it felt safe enough. Great opportunity to have a walk around the lake in the morning. I wish other campers would be more considerate. One of the members in the car park was playing music with his speaker until late. His music taste was awful too. Don’t be that person

Great quiet spot, with sorting facilities available for household waste, yellow recycling, and glass.

In mid-February, I spent the night there in a van. Walkers came in the morning but did not disturb me. Very peaceful place.

Great spot BUT it is outrageous to see this natural area polluted with so much toilet paper; the surrounding paths are open-air toilets. It is because of such disrespectful behavior that nomadic travelers are viewed negatively everywhere and fewer and fewer spots are shared.

A quiet spot overnight, but moderately busy during the day. Internet reception not great.

Picnic tables and an ideal place to spend a quiet night. The lake has disappeared… You can observe a few birds…

A beautiful place. I imagine it is better when there is water in the lake. Good for one or two motorhomes, leaving room for other visitors.

Very beautiful place; the walk around the lake is magnificent. Quite busy from noon to 7 p.m.
