Golf View, Ballygowloge, V31 DW96, Listowel
Been here?
A spacious, fairly level gravel area suitable for about 10 motorhomes, with a quiet overnight setting and easy access for vehicles of all sizes. The fee is 10 euro per night, or 15 euro with electric hook-up, and fresh water and black-water disposal are available. The town, forest walks and greenways are within walking or cycling distance, but there is no waste bin.

Good parking area with all services. Text Albert, he collects 10 euro fee at evening. Thanks to him! There's a lack of other infrastructure for campers in thé neighbourhood.Translating
Good spacious quiet place with easy access for all size of vehicle with one or two areas of shade, 28c today. Gravel surface and pretty level so ok for all conditions. Lit at night but not too obtrusive.Translating
Really really lovely stay here. We parked up and text Albert and he came over to collect the cash. €10 per night. As we hooked up to the electric point it was €15. Two other campers were here as well but masses of space. Very quiet night. We are right next to the forest walk and pitch and putt. We walked to town (15 mins) through the forest walk in the evening for a lovely meal at the Horseshoe. Translating
Unfortunately, we could not access it because the indicated road is closed and we do not know any other route. Just at the entrance to the park, we found a car park with toilets where we could stay for one night.Translating
€10 for an overnight stay and water, plus €5 for electricity. Three electrical connections are available; two of them require an adapter from 230 V (Irish plug) to motorhome power (blue adapter). Albert comes quickly after you call him. Nice and friendly contact. Two fresh-water connections are available, and grey water can easily be disposed of here. Perfectly fine for one night. :)Translating
Good stopover to empty toilet and fill up with fresh water. Really friendly owner and great price. Nice walks in the woods and/or into town. Phone Albert (number on the board) when you arrive and he will arrange payment. Translating

Stayed here on 27th sept and it was empty. There is drinking water/ chem toilet disposal and flat ground!! Fantastic spot for a night or two to visit listowel and the local cycling greenways!! Translating
We spent a quiet night here. Fine for the price. You can also dispose of the chemical toilet there.Translating
Good spot for overnight stay. Nice walk in park to get to town. A few minutes cycle to greenway. Translating
Basic overnight stay with services, but no electricity hookup. Quiet and good value for spending a night before taking the ferry at Tarbert. Easy payment through Revolut.Translating
Basic area to park for the night, with water and grey-water disposal. Not sure about cassette-toilet disposal. No rubbish bin. Felt very safe and comfortable for one night. Friendly, helpful owner and good value. Not picturesque, but that was not needed for one night en route to the ferry at Tarbert. Very quiet, well away from the main road. Within walking distance of the town, with pubs and so on. Beside a cycle track too.Translating
Area where you can take on water and empty wastewater. Quiet and peaceful. Warm welcome from the owner, who came to collect the payment in the evening, after the pub.Translating
A rare find in Ireland! Service point, cassette emptying, and fresh water, and well separated, so no confusion with taps! I emptied my grey waste from bucket in a small drain near the cassette dump. Didn't have very much. Albert needs our support to move forward with his plans. Lovely walk along river and through park. Quiet night, not busy at all. Thank you Albert Translating
