Modern city site, sticker required

Beautiful campsite: brand-new bathrooms and facilities, large shaded spaces, and everything very clean and tidy.

Great place to stay a couple of nights. Great bus connections to town only 400m walk from here. All services included! Very clean. Come early as it fills up very quickly. We arrive at 11:00am and the place was already half full. Around 30-40 spots.

Obviously a very popular site. In the late afternoon nothing was available, and we had to wait overnight in the neighboring parking area until morning. But at 9 a.m. there was space again. The sanitary facilities are very modern and well maintained. We felt very comfortable. There is even a washing area and changing table for children. €28 for two adults and one toddler in a camper, including tourist tax, is absolutely reasonable.

Excellent site on gravel. Showers and toilets always accessible and modern. Quiet. Pitches are fairly spacious. The town center is 2.5 km from the site. The overnight stay ends at noon the following day, information to bear in mind when planning visits.

Very nice motorhome stop. Perfect for staying here one night while traveling through Europe.

Very attractive, well-designed motorhome stop. Everything you need is available. The sanitary facilities are particularly clean and functional. Ideal for visiting beautiful Aachen. Perfect waste disposal, and the site manager is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

A very nice base for visiting Aachen. The price may seem a little high, but the value for money is fair. Be careful, though: the site fills up very quickly and, even in June, is often full by the afternoon. There are not many alternatives nearby. My advice: arrive in the morning and you should find a place without any problem.

Very nice place with a lake next to it. Naturists will appreciate the small beach reserved for them. The site is very clean, with toilets and a washing machine.

Excellent campsite. Friendly welcome. Hard, level, unmarked pitches and a quiet atmosphere. Be aware that it fills up quickly. The sanitary facilities are superb, always clean, spacious and especially modern—a luxury. €56 for two nights for three people, including water and electricity. The only downside is that the automated cassette toilet cleaner works badly and costs €2—a rip-off. Bus stop five minutes away for visiting Aachen; get off at Elisenbrunnen. €14.50 return for three people.

Everything worked out perfectly. On the way there I thought, “Hmm, rather expensive?” but it was absolutely worth the price. Super-clean, modern sanitary facilities, a quiet yet fairly central location and very friendly staff! Keep it up!!!!!!

This is exactly what you want! Great place for visiting Aachen. Wonderful motorhome stop within walking or cycling distance of the city. Perfect sanitary facilities and a great little restaurant within walking distance. I will definitely come back here!

Although the campsite is functional and close to the bus stop for visiting the city and its magnificent cathedral, the employees are as pleasant as prison guards, unable to speak without shouting whenever you disturb their comfortable routine.

The spaces are not marked, so a van parked just 50 cm from my vehicle! So much for privacy. There is barely enough room to set up one or two loungers. And at €28 per day, emptying the cassette costs an extra €2! Never again.

Nice site. Plenty of room, very clean facilities and very easy to get into the city. We’d certainly come again.

We are Aachen exiles from Lake Constance and were here over Easter to visit family in Aachen. The site is top-notch and we will definitely come back on our next visit home. In addition to the fantastic sanitary facilities, the warm welcome deserves special mention. Thanks also for the chocolate bunnies ;-))

Super motorhome stop with top-class sanitary facilities! It couldn’t be better. The price of around €23.50 plus tourist tax is perfectly reasonable.

Top site. Everything is very clean. The sanitary facilities and showers are very well maintained and clean. Sometimes extremely full, for example during the equestrian tournament or football matches.

Very nice, well-maintained site, friendly staff, clean and new sanitary facilities, and the city centre is reachable by bicycle in a few minutes. Unfortunately, there was a lot of loud music from the neighbouring sports hall in the evening.

Another fantastic place. Exceptionally clean sanitary facilities. Washing machine and dryer easy to work and cheap. 16 amps. Yes it cost extra to have your WC cassette cleaned - but it works great. Easy access to bus into city center same buss nr 51 will also take you to the amazing Thermal Spa - reception might give you a discount card if asked kindly. Absolutely worth a visit. We will be back. Thank you.

Nice site with good sanitary facilities. Friendly welcome. Unfortunately, one shower was being renovated in the morning and another was occupied by a homeless person; deep snoring could be heard and the sleeping bag protruded under the door. So only one very nice shower remained for everyone.

In December 2025 the site still cost €23; now, in February 2026, it costs €28. Yes, the site is good, but it is not worth €28! I will not return. Waste disposal also costs extra.

The perfect motorhome stop! Everything you need is here and it is very clean. If guests left the facilities as they found them, it would be a dream.

Brilliant place! All you need and easy to use. Drive in, select your spot and then check in at reception. Amazing value and excellent facilities plus lots of hot water! No marked pitches so relies on discipline of users but one EHU (16 amp) per place is a good indicator and prevents people trying to squeeze between others. 30 minute walk into city (not flat) with a magnificent Cathedral.

Perfect! Clean bathroom for 23€/night. Plan to arrive early as the lot fills up quickly in this Christmas season :)

Beautiful motorhome site 2 km from Aachen city centre. Highly recommended: you can choose your own spot, and the spotless, well-heated sanitary facilities deserve five stars! The price is certainly fair for what you get.

The site is excellent in every respect, as others have already written. There is one limitation, however: chemical toilets can only be emptied using a machine that costs €2, and it did not work for me. The money was refunded without question. Otherwise, everything is top-notch. Excellent sanitary building and flawless Wi-Fi.

Fantastic spot! Wow I loved the toilet and shower facility - heated very warm even heated floors in the showers. The man at the reception was SO nice offering me candy and coffee gifts. I easily got the bus into the city center by a 5 minute walk. The toilet cassette cleaner machine is magic. €2.50 for washing and €2.50 for drying clothes. Aachen city has free GREAT WiFi I took many Zoom meetings!

A very pleasant stay from 8 to 10 December, extremely quiet and clean. We visited Monschau, a beautiful little village half an hour away by car. We had no problem finding a place. A very beautiful Christmas market, ten minutes away by bicycle.

Even if you do not stay there, you can enter to empty grey water and fill up with fresh water. We paid €2.

Ideal! You simply drive onto the site, where a sign says you may choose your own spot. Then you check in at reception—really great. The sanitary building is very clean.

Very good motorhome stop. Clean and well maintained. Modern washroom. Accessible shower and toilet. The city centre is easily reachable on foot and by public transport. Friendly staff. The only drawback is that the pitches are not divided, and fellow campers who leave five metres beside them can block free spaces without consequences. It is a motorhome stop, not a campsite!
