Excellent campsite with various pitches on terraces among large and small trees. As usual with Huttopia, the pitches are spacious. Clean facilities with a small restaurant. The beaches by the harbour are very well maintained. Various water sports activities can also be booked there.
Too bad; few pitches are shaded in the afternoon. Needs improvement.
We wanted to check in at 9 a.m. for one or two nights so that we could go kayaking in the morning. Reception was staffed and the site was only lightly occupied. The friendly lady said check-in was not possible until 2 p.m. This is not what business interest, seasonal flexibility, and customer orientation look like! We drove on.
Royal welcome, royal service—that is HUTTOPIA. We love the atmosphere, the friendly staff, and the peace and quiet. HUTTOPIA, we will definitely come again.
Superb campsite at the foot of the lake. Immaculate pool, very well-maintained sanitary facilities. The bar and pizzeria were not open during the week when we visited. Bread can be ordered at reception. 4G works, and there is Wi-Fi near reception. All pitches have electrical hookups. Motorhome services are functional and clean.
The place is magnificent and the pitches are superb. Nice cycling trip, but the lack of mobile reception and Wi-Fi is a problem.
Excellent spot, great pizza restaurant, clean and well organised services. Pool was lovely. Views of mountains all around spectacular
Excellent campsite. Natural atmosphere while remaining comfortable. Access to a lakeside beach for swimming, and a pleasant pool. The bar is very nice. Welcoming staff and very clean sanitary facilities.
Super campsite by the lake. We had a pitch directly overlooking the lake. Peaceful, clean sanitary facilities. A pleasant surprise for a chain campsite.
Large pitches, very quiet at the end of the season. Perfect!
fantastic site, amazing location. we stayed 6 nights. pitches are flat and lakeside. staff are so friendly. facilities always clean and well stocked.
Beautiful lake with a great view from the pitches. Sanitary facilities are new and clean. Good value for money: €23 for two people with a van. Highly recommended!
Very nice campsite. We visited at the beginning of September. The bar and restaurants were already closed, but we were allowed to choose our own pitch. Even a last-minute change—we wanted to sit closer to the water—was no problem; we were allowed to move. From our van, straight onto the lake! Wonderful! There was some music from a party a little farther away, but the view made up for everything.
Beautiful place, nice campsite but a little far from everything. Great for families wanting to stay on site for a few days, but there is really nothing to visit nearby. You need a vehicle to get around. Buses to Barcelonnette run three times a week, but the campsite staff did not know about them!
I would say everything was perfect. Spacious pitches and clean bathrooms. The beautiful beach on the lake is very close. It is also worth trying the other Huttopia sites.
Sanitary facilities clean. Disposal area dirty and access poor. When wet, many pitches are difficult to drive on and become stuck. Nice swimming pool. We stayed one night and did not feel the need to stay longer.
Campsite in the middle of nature, by the lake. Very quiet even at night for August. Recent, clean sanitary facilities with hot water. Flat, spacious pitches. Very accessible disposal point and several water points for refilling without moving.
Large, fully equipped lakeside campsite in a magnificent setting. Very clean sanitary facilities, activities for children, a public beach, and water slides next door. Snacks on site and a good independent restaurant at the beach. Very quiet at night in late August despite the number of pitches. No traffic from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Campsite ideally located near the lake with direct access to it. Water-sports center nearby. Hiking trails accessible directly from the campsite. Clean sanitary facilities. Recommended.
