12 Chemin du Castellet, 84120, La Bastidonne
Been here?
A flat dirt car park below the village and road, close to the village centre and suitable for an overnight stop. Recent noise has included an early-morning bell, loud youths at 1am and vehicle manoeuvres on the gravel. There are many spaces and nearby bins, but a height barrier limited to 1m90 may be activated. The village has a press, grocery and pizzeria.

Okay for one overnight stay. Overall, it was the noise from various directions that annoyed me: a bell ringing early in the morning, loud teenagers at 1 a.m. on Friday night, including handbrake turns on the gravel. Also a guy who parked right next to my motorhome and turned up his stereo. The parking area is somewhat sloping, but that can be leveled.
Suitable for one night. Flat dirt parking area below the village and the road. We slept well there; it was quiet, with few lights. We arrived late, so we did not get a chance to visit the village. The 1.90-meter height-limit barriers were open. (October!)
Large parking area, bins nearby. Close to the small village. The height barrier may be activated.
Lots of spaces. Normally quiet. There is currently construction in the street next door, and the machines are stored in the parking area. They started up at 8 a.m.
Nice quiet carpark must of been as slept 9hrs no problem at all loads of birdsong in morning
