Very warm welcome, lovely campsite on the banks of the Charente, peaceful and shaded.Translating
Magnificent campsite on the banks of the Charente. Quiet and relaxing, with both shade and sun. Very welcoming owner who listens to guests and is always ready to help. The sanitary facilities are a little old-fashioned but well equipped and clean. We booked one night but extended our stay by two nights. There is a pizzeria 200 m away serving excellent pizzas.Translating
Great campsite, very peaceful on the banks of the Charente. The sanitary facilities are a little old-fashioned but perfectly functional. Extremely warm welcome and very friendly atmosphere.Translating
Very warm welcome, very quiet campsite, clean sanitary facilities, and a pizzeria just steps away. Highly recommended.Translating
The campsite opens on May 1 following the flooding it suffered in February.Translating
It looks very good, but when we passed by on April 24, 2026, it was closed. The posted opening date is May 1. I gave it four stars for the exterior and location.Translating
What a shame, the campsite looks good but is unfortunately still closed. This app says it opens on April 1, 2026. Today is April 18. The gate says it opens on May 1. Too bad the app has not been updated.Translating
Fabulous campsite. Peaceful, surrounded by nature, and well located between Cognac and Saintes. We have visited several times and the welcome is always excellent. We have made some lovely encounters. For food, there is a choice between the outdoor café and the restaurant. It is located on the banks of the Charente in a small village with all services close at hand. I highly recommend it.Translating
A small, simple campsite with poorly defined pitches, perfect for a peaceful stopover. Very friendly owner. The bread and croissants are excellent.Translating
Excellent welcome, very friendly owner, magnificent place to rest, lots of shade, and you can choose any pitch you like. All services are very good. Highly recommended; we would definitely return!Translating
A very warm welcome at a lovely campsite on the banks of the Charente. Excellent sanitary facilities and all services, with shops nearby. Thirty metres from the campsite, you can take the ferry with your bicycle and join the Flow Vélo route. In the evening, an outdoor café on the banks of the Charente awaits you. We highly recommend this campsite.Translating
Spaciously laid-out campsite beside the river. Pleasant welcome. For a camper van and two people, it currently costs €26 per night. The sanitary facilities are somewhat dated but perfectly fine. A place to stay overnight more often.Translating
We arrived just after 7 p.m. There was plenty of space. The operator was very friendly. With a motorhome, three adults and two children, we paid just over €41 for one night, including services, showers and electricity.Translating
Very beautiful setting. I had booked a chalet on stilts, which was very nice. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was broken, and it was unbearably hot inside and out, so we could not stay and left immediately. I lost two days of rental. In the middle of summer and a heatwave, not repairing the air conditioning because the company responsible was on vacation is not very professional.Translating
Friendly welcome, good spirits and cleanliness—perfect.Translating
Nice campsite with an outdoor café on site and a free ferry for crossing to the other bank of the Charente. One drawback: cars can drive through the campsite at night, which woke us up each time. A real shame. Campsite recommended.Translating
A small campsite just as we like them: a very warm welcome, clean sanitary facilities and a pleasant outdoor café, all on the banks of the Charente. Despite the difficulties this winter, including eight months of regular flooding, they finally opened very late but with just as much enthusiasm. Thank you very much; we will return. ACSI cards accepted.Translating
Friendly site alongside the river with a welcoming bar and restaurant on site. Normally the river can be crossed by metal boat but the river had flooded recently leaving the boat out of action and the pitches nearer the river too soft to use currently. Good sanitary facilities and a pleasant stay.
