1 Allée des Lièvres, 19320, Marcillac-la-Croisille
Been here?
This shaded lakeside corner beside the boat dock offers access to a small beach by a path. The area has a lake view but is very steep, and the latest information reports a barrier limiting vehicles over 2m10. Older comments mention tables, nearby activity-centre toilets and showers, and quiet nights, though boats may use the dock early.

Height barrier limiting access to vehicles over 2.10 m.
Unfortunately, far too steep; do not go there.
Nice place with a beautiful view of the lake. We came off-season, so we were not bothered by people launching their boats, but beware: signs around the lake prohibit dogs. We stayed one night anyway, saw nobody, and had no problems. Easy access; we have a 7 m motorhome with an overcab bed.
Passing through, we spent the night here. At first glance, we thought, “Oh, it’s crowded.” But eventually we drove under the trees and were alone. Very quiet, shaded, and beside the water. I recommend it.
Great place for the night.
A haven of peace, a very beautiful place, parked high up under the trees. Very quiet and cool night. Very pleasant lake :-)
Very beautiful spot by the water, with shade and sunshine. Be careful, it is very steep. Next to a sports center with several activities, and boats passing all day. The center’s toilets and showers are accessible. Quiet night.
Very beautiful place by the lake; a nice table has been installed. Fishermen with their boats arrive quite early in the morning, but the night was quiet. Highly recommended.
Maybe suitable for a van, but inaccessible for a panel van and very steep. Reserved for boat trailers.
