Calm village area, unhygienic facilities

I agree with Totoff about how poor the aire is. To add: some electrical sockets are out of order, as is the originally planned black-water disposal; you have to lift a grate using a disgusting strap. Only the drinking-water tap works, and it is the only one available for cleaning the cassette... You said hygiene...! All that for €15. WELL DONE, CAMPING-CAR PARK.

No price indicated. You are required to register to spend the night, with a starting price of €55. Shameful. We are not fools. I only wanted to stay one night. Too bad for Olargues. I did not stay.

In full sun with no shade, giving the impression of being dumped in the industrial area, and the village is very disappointing.

Two stars for the proximity of this lovely village, but there is a lot to criticize about the aire. Hygiene is nonexistent: the disposal point and cassette tap are blocked, disposal is via the grate using a disgusting strap, and the same tap is used for cleaning and filling up. A disgrace given the €15.20 price this season. The spaces are sloping, with little room to manoeuvre.

Follow the signs carefully; it is a little isolated and there is no lighting at night. Cassette disposal is in the middle of the grate, which must be lifted using the handle.

Very good aire. A little more lighting would be welcome. The cassette disposal should be improved, as rinsing them from the same tap as the drinking water is not very hygienic (droppings on the ground...).

Arrived on 11 November. We came here for the third time. The sensors at the exit have now been repaired. But the service station is a complete disaster. The toilet cassette must be emptied into the grate. There is an elastic strap attached to part of the grate. The grate can easily be lifted. The tap for this does not work. So you have to use the drinking-water tap. This tap has no stop button.

Before entering the aire and paying the fee, we made sure that the black-water disposal point (toilet) was not closed. We turned around when we saw the plate sealing the opening. What a shame! The place seemed calm at first glance. We will not return. Prefer parking farther upstream for free, but without services.

Paved area, narrow, sloping pitches. Located between the municipal works depot and sports hall next to a football field, with a busy road above it. It really couldn't be worse. And all that for €13 — we drove on.

What a disgrace! Everything is narrow here: the road to get there, the barrier passage and the pitches! If all the spaces are occupied, it is impossible to manoeuvre without asking a neighbour to move! Are there any safety approvals? It is also sloping, with no shade! Black-water disposal is directly onto the ground, which is impractical. What more can be said to discourage you?

Basic aire, no shade, no greenery, excessive price. Could be much better.

Area with sloping pitches. Little room to manoeuvre. Awkward emptying. Electricity available, and for filling with water it is better to use the taps in the hedges inside the area. Excellent bread. Pretty village.

A quiet Camping-Car Park aire in a good location. The access signage is still poor... Visiting the village centre was pleasant; I confirm the quality of the bread at the bakery. Tarmac surface, wide but uneven pitches; levelling chocks are necessary. Services functional and public bins opposite the aire. A restful night, lulled by the nearby Jaur River.

Very good aire. Quiet despite the building with the machinery; it is not bothersome at all. However, there is only one tap for the toilet and water. Not great. Too bad that some people connect on the other side of the hedge. No respect. Very well located for cycling and exploring the Héric gorges.

Very good for one night and for cycling a few kilometres along the greenway towards Lamalou—truly magnificent. The workshop belongs to the regional council, so there is not much noise once the teams have left. Tip: get bread from the village bakery, a real loaf of variable quality.

Pleasant motorhome aire. Access remains simple but technical. However, when we arrived we noticed a municipal water leak. We immediately notified the town hall; action was taken within 15 minutes. A temporary repair was made to shut off a pipe two days later... They lit a fire, and smoke and ashes came onto the aire. We decided to leave, three motorhomes. A shame for the local businesses.

Quite steep aire. Close to the municipal workshops and a sports hall. Only one tap working at present.... The medieval village is an absolute must-see. Hiking trail starting from the village. Greenway very close by.

The aire is very good. Grey water, black water and fresh water all fine. If you do not have a Camping-Car Park network card, it will cost €5 extra. Take the time to visit the tower at the very top. You will discover the village... magnificent. On the other hand, the major downside is that the aire is next to the municipal workshops... very unpleasant during the week.
