It is a gravel lot with red chippings. In the rain, expect puddles and mud. Residents also use this area as a connecting road, so there is quite a lot of traffic. It is quieter after 10 p.m. Mobile network is stable and 5G works. The approach from Straße der Jugend is recommended.
Top spot! No water or waste disposal, directly by the leisure pool, directly by the sports field, level and quiet!
