The campsite may be beautiful, but if you do not have a reservation, they treat you like rubbish—calling you stupid and incompetent—instead of simply saying that it is full and they have no space. They are quite unpleasant and arrogant. Good treatment is what I prioritize, honestly.

Small campsite close to the town center. We had the only available premium pitch, premium because it had water on the pitch and a wooden table, which was unnecessary; however, there was only 6-amp electricity, a bit insufficient, and they charge €11 in booking fees!

We spent two nights on a pitch called premium. It deserves the name thanks to access to water and the wooden table on the pitch, but certainly not because of shade, which was nonexistent! The cheaper pitches had shade, surprisingly. There was a recurring lack of toilet paper in the sanitary facilities, and €11 booking fees because online payment was not possible. Positive point: close to the center.

Family campsite beside the river. The pitches are spacious, the sanitary facilities clean, and there is a barbecue area. A gate provides access to the village center, just opposite the motorhome area. The cable car is therefore nearby.

Perfectly perfect! We stayed here for a few nights in April. Reasonable prices, a flat and spacious pitch. The sanitary facilities are spotless, heated and genuinely attractive! We stayed here to enjoy the Lys ski resort for a few days. The proximity to the cable car and the village center within walking distance were truly perfect for us! We will come back!!

The campsite is at the entrance to the village, very well located for skiing, close to the cable cars and the shuttles for cross-country skiing. The sanitary facilities are heated and well equipped, with a hairdryer and clothes racks. The welcome is perfect at this family campsite.

We arrived the day before closing! The owner welcomed us very well and explained the history of the campsite! The sanitary facilities were super clean and pleasant. Very close to the town center. One night with the music of the stream. We will return soon.

Excellent campsite. We stayed by the river with spectacular 360 views of the mountains. Clean, modern toilets and showers. Good base for hiking and cycling. Town has shops, restaurants and an excellent, modern thermal baths at 20E for 2 hours. Excellent value for money.

Extremely well located, a 5-minute walk from the lively center of Cauterets. Small, quiet family campsite beside the Gave, but swimming is forbidden. Very attractive, well-maintained and clean sanitary facilities, with toilet paper. The owners are very friendly. Highly recommended!

For families, note the new playgrounds, pump track and skate park above the campsite, easily accessible and far enough away to avoid any disturbance.

Superb family campsite run by two sisters who care greatly about the well-being and comfort of their guests. Very spacious motorhome pitches, each with electricity and water. Hello, I do not usually leave bad reviews, but there are limits. First, the prices you see are not up to date; in high season it is more like €28 per night. That could be acceptable, but animals are prohibited everywhere. Our poor dogs have to stay in the motorhome. Even filling up is a hassle. Avoid.

Great camping spot! Very central, so you can walk everywhere in the town. We had a pitch right next to the river which was lovely. Every pitch also has water. Amazing shower facilities. Dog friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Close to the town and cable car. Very friendly and helpful lady on reception. Excellent facilities which were very clean. Pitches are separated by hedges and the size was ok for our campervan. We arrived during heavy rain and were put on alert that we may have to leave if the river got too high. Thankfully it didn't and we slept the night. 19.64 euros for 1 night, campervan, 2 adults & electric.

Shops, cafés, restaurants, thermal baths, etc. are all within a 5-minute walk. Beautiful hiking trails in the immediate surroundings. We really enjoyed it here. The weather helped too, around 28°C.

The campsite deserves my five stars: a quiet family campsite close to the Gave, whose sound lulls us. The sanitary facilities are worthy of a palace. I highly recommend it.
