City parking, crowded and uneven

It's small and very busy. We had difficulty getting out because people park carelessly, even though we're only 6 m long. There were only two free spaces, very narrow and very steep. We left.✦Translating

Good place to park and explore the city. It takes about 40 minutes to walk to the center. Public transport is also fairly close, although we didn't use it. The parking lot was quite full, but spaces kept becoming available. A portable toilet was about a 4-minute walk away, in the other parking lot. It was okay; there were cleaner ones in the city. We spent two nights here. They were fairly quiet, although you can hear the road. It didn't bother us.✦Translating

Half of the area was cordoned off for logging operations. We stayed overnight from Saturday to Sunday; there were quite a lot of cars and the spaces were tight. The ground was uneven, with cobblestones and large potholes. We found a fairly level spot on the park side. A tram runs nearby, but quite infrequently at night. Emergency vehicles could be heard during the night, along with general city noise, since it's so close to the center.✦Translating

Quiet site, very close to transport for going to the center. It now has a chemical toilet nearby, but no other services. Fine at night.✦Translating

Spacious, paved with stones, free parking near the center of Riga. I spent a day and night here on the weekend without any problems. The cemetery has not been used since the last century and resembles more of a park. Locals run, walk and walk their dogs here. At night, you can hear cars on the street and passing trams but it didn't bother me much.
